CDLTest360 ("we", "us") provides a CDL practice-test and study application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
• Usage data: quizzes attempted, answers, scores, missed questions, and progress.
• Billing data: when you purchase access, Stripe processes your payment and returns a customer/transaction reference that we store with your account. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Device/log data: basic technical logs (IP, browser, error reports) used to keep the service running.

How We Use Information

• To deliver the app, track your study progress, and unlock paid features.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• To improve content quality and fix bugs.
• To contact you about your account or material service changes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers we need to operate the app: our cloud database/auth provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), and our hosting/CDN. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

Data Retention

We keep account and study data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us.

Children

CDLTest360 is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
