Acceptance
By creating an account or using CDLTest360 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
CDLTest360 provides original CDL practice questions, ELDT theory study material, PTI training, and study tools. Content is provided for educational purposes and is based on public federal and state CDL manuals.
No guarantee of passing. CDLTest360 is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the app will result in passing any official CDL exam. Official requirements are set by FMCSA and your state licensing agency.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Pricing & Billing
- Free trial: a limited number of questions to evaluate the app.
- 90-Day Pass: a one-time charge granting access for 90 days from purchase.
- Monthly Access: a recurring subscription that renews until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and currencies are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription link in the app; access continues until the end of the paid period. The 90-Day Pass is a one-time purchase and is generally non-refundable once granted. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review in good faith.
Acceptable Use
Don't resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or share your account. Don't use the Service to break the law or to harass others.
Intellectual Property
All content in CDLTest360 — including original questions, explanations, and UI — is owned by CDLTest360 or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDLTest360's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
