We're a small team and we read every message. Whether you're stuck on your account, saw a question that looks off, or want to suggest a feature, we want to hear from you.

Email support

The fastest way to reach us is email. Write to support@cdltest360.com from the same address you use to sign in — that lets us look up your account without asking for extra information.

We aim to reply within two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Most account and billing questions are resolved on the first reply.

What to include

A little context helps us help you faster. When possible, tell us:

  • The email on your CDLTest360 account.
  • Your state and the CDL endorsement or class you're studying for (for example, Class A, Air Brakes, HazMat, School Bus).
  • The device and browser you're using (iPhone Safari, Android Chrome, desktop Chrome, etc.).
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected.
  • A screenshot if the issue is visual — it saves a lot of back-and-forth.

Billing & subscriptions

For refund requests, cancellations, duplicate charges, or receipts, see our Refund Policy and then email support with the order email and the last four digits of the card you used. All payments are processed through Stripe, so we can look up any transaction quickly.

Report a question or answer

CDL rules change and every state manual updates on its own schedule. If you think a practice question is wrong, out of date, or unclear, send us the question text (or a screenshot) and what you believe the correct answer should be. We review every report against the current FMCSA regulations and the relevant state CDL manual before making a change.

Feature requests

A lot of what's in CDLTest360 today started as an email from a driver. If there's a state, endorsement, mode, or feature you'd like us to add — pre-trip walkthrough, tanker practice, doubles & triples, Spanish translations, offline mode — let us know. We keep a running list and prioritize based on how many people ask.
